The Overseas Territories were born from a mixing of populations throughout their history. 1+1 = We are questioning mixed-race people, fruits of the union of two cultures (a Martinican and a Guadeloupean, a Bushinengé and an Amerindian from Guyana, a Mahoran and an Anjouan, a Chinese and a Reunion Creole, a Kanak and a Breton, a Syrian and a Martinican, an Alsatian and a Polynesian, etc.)
