The documentary
The Way to School is a documentary collection of 26 x 26-minute and 6 x 52-minute episodes that traces the journeys of 26 young heroes filmed by 13 directors in 18 countries around the world. Like the feature film On the Way to School, the series addresses the universal theme of the search for a better life through education. An ideal that these schoolchildren can only achieve after facing the long road that separates them from their school.
The series won the 2016 Prix Enfance Media Majuscule.
