It was not until 1907 that the Norwegian explorer Roald Amundsen finally succeeded in conquering the mythical Northwest Passage. More than a century after Amundsen’s feat and despite the climate change affecting the Arctic, crossing the Northwest Passage remains a real adventure. Few boats venture into this labyrinth of ice.
