Northwest Passage Expedition 2×52′

The documentary

For centuries, explorers and navigators attempted to discover the sea route linking the North Atlantic to the Pacific. It was not until 1907 that the Norwegian explorer Roald Amundsen finally succeeded in conquering the mythical Northwest Passage. More than a century after Amundsen’s feat and despite the climate change affecting the Arctic, crossing the Northwest Passage remains a real adventure. Few boats venture into this labyrinth of ice.
